PRIVATE Coaching

A coaching session (1h to 1h30) is made of different parts which may vary depending on your goals. Here is the general steps we follow :

  • Preparation : Mobility, Activation of shoulders and hips stabilisers, Cardio-vascular warm-up, Work on the fundamental patterns, Nervous system activation

  • Core training : Static and dynamic work on the core stabilising muscles

  • Cross training : Strength exercises

  • Cardio training : Cardio-vascular exercises

  • Cool-down : Stretching, Breathing and Relaxation exercises 

You will have the opportunity to follow your evolution with a monthly tracking of your progress : weight, body fat and muscle mass, body measurements, mobility...
