Private Online Coaching

Online/visio coaching allows you to receive advice from your coach and save time by not having to travel to train.

You can practice alone or "share" the session with your family or friends. 

The session is adapted to the equipment you have at your disposal.  

 

An online coaching session (1h to 1h15) is organized in several steps, some of which may vary depending on your goals. Here is the general process:

 

  • Preparation: Mobility, Activation of shoulder and hip stabilizers, Cardiovascular warm-up, Working on fundamental movement patterns, Activation of the nervous system

  • Core: Static and dynamic work of the stabilizing muscles of the trunk

  • Cross training: General muscular reinforcement, Cardio-vascular work

  • Cool down: Stretching, Breathing exercises/relaxation
