The S&C sessions are adapted and planned depending on your goals in order to achieve a high level of performance. You will develop your general and specific physical abilities for your activity :

You will be able to follow your progress with a mensual tracking (body weight, body fat and muscle mass, body measurements, mobility) and specific performance testing (Power, Speed...).
