We offer to sport clubs and individual athletes different specific physical tests that are used in high-performance sport to assess your level and determine your profile in order to adapt your training. We will give you exercises recommendations depending on your results : 

  • Basic Health Test :

Anthropometric (body weight, body fat, muscle mass, body measurements) and Mobility assessment

  • PERF Test - Force-Velocity Profile (Jump) :

Anthropometric and Mobility Assessment, Jump tests with different loads in order to determine your profile and direct your training towards strength or speed, Maximal Jump height and Maximal Power

  • PERF Test - Force-Velocity Profile (Sprint 30m) :

Anthropometric and Mobility Assessment, F-V Profile, Maximal Power, Maximal speed and direction of applied ground forces estimation

  • PERF Test Running/Trail :

Anthropometric and Mobility Assessment, Maximal aerobic Speed Test, Lower body Asymmetry Test, Stiffness Test, Running technique Analysis
